We are very satisfied with the construction of our house, both in the quality and workmanship. As with any product there have been some shortcomings, but you and your staff have stood behind your product and corrected all these minor issues.

It has been a pleasure to deal with your company receptionist Sherry. She has followed up on every issue we had, from the construction phase through to the present service orders. Sherry is invaluable to your business and deserves credit for the success your business has demonstrated in exceptional customer service.

We would like to thank you for taking care of the most recent issues we had. No other builder would have taken the time to correct these minor problems almost three years after completing construction. In the retail business we are both in, customer satisfaction is the key to a business success.

Between the months of June and December 2002, Trademark did the foundation, framing, insulation, siding, masonry work, roofing, and carpeting in our new house in Fishertown. The work was consistently done in an excellent and timely manner by personnel who were extremely personable and continually made suggestions to improve our home, which we sincerely appreciated. As you know, my uncle (who just finished having a new home built), my cousin (who is extremely knowledgeable in the building trade), and I would continually review the various stages of construction, and we all agreed that our new Trademark home was constructed better than any we had ever observed.

Throughout the construction process, your desire to ensure that all was satisfactory to us, and your willingness to make minor changes, when possible, that were not originally in the contract were greatly appreciated. The service provided when minor problems were identified was very timely.
