We talked to several builders prior to selecting Trademark Homes. After comparing the quality of the materials used, the reputation of the subcontractors, and the testimonials from past customers, it was an easy decision for us to select Trademark Homes.

We were pleased with the build from start to finish. There we no hidden fees or “add-on” expenses. Trademark Homes included many upgrades that other builders were charging extra for.

The subcontractors that Trademark uses are specialists in their area of expertise. We felt confident that we had the best quality of work. 

Trademark’s customer service was stellar. They did everything they promised they would and in the timeframe promised. We had access to the owner, our sales representative, and the general contractor if we ever needed them throughout the entire process.  We have been in our house a year and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

We would like to acknowledge the superior effort that you, your staff, and your contractors had put forth last summer in the planning and production of our new home.  The entire process from beginning to end was as stress free as we believe it could have possibly been.  The assistance that we received from Sherry and you made the finished product exactly what we had hoped for.  The attention and eagerness to help we received from Tim and all of the contractors was very satisfying.  Your choice of contractors provided us with exceptional people as well as exceptional craftsman.

Between the months of June and December 2002, Trademark did the foundation, framing, insulation, siding, masonry work, roofing, and carpeting in our new house in Fishertown. The subcontractors did a thorough, quality job on every aspect of the house. The Trademark team was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but their attention to detail and thoroughness made a potentially stressful event in our lives much more bearable!

The work was consistently done in an excellent and timely manner by personnel who were extremely personable and continually made suggestions to improve our home, which we sincerely appreciated. As you know, my uncle (who just finished having a new home built), my cousin (who is extremely knowledgeable in the building trade), and I would continually review the various stages of construction, and we all agreed that our new Trademark home was constructed better than any we had ever observed.
