The Essex, Stratford, and Fairfield vary from 2,000 sq. ft. to 3,264 sq. ft. to fit your needs and budget.
Flexibility is the key concept here. 9 interchangeable exterior elevations available between the Essex and Stratford Homes ensure the look you want on the outside.
The interiors start with a 2nd floor “bridge” overlooking the foyer and family room and options including 3 car garage, bonus room, extra bedroom, study overlook, loft, etc. allow you to customize like never before in a simple, interchangeable way.
We have also added some goodies to our already hi-end specifications to match the caliber of home. Each plan comes with garage door openers and keypad, built-in oven and range top and a whirlpool tub and hardwood foyer
